LEGO workshop

 Hey bloggers on Wednesday we went to the Lego workshop. It was in the the Waikowhai Primary hall.

There was different challenges. The first one was building a spaceship. There were different pieces to use at each station. You had to build different things. We were in group's and there was 4 people in each group.The first station I did was building a spaceship. I don't know how long it was. 

The next thing I did was building a planet  I built earth then I broke it then I made a  beach.  I had fun doing that.

Summer learning journey

 We have been doing colouring for summer learning journey, even it is next week we snuck it in to

this week.  We just signed in and made a game.Summer learning journey is all about having fun and leveling up.Phil help the sign in he is the year 3 blogger teacher.

I choose a wiggly pattern I did the same as the artist berjeer was the artist.i thought the colours looked nice why I kept in the same.who's this picture because it's my favourite colours.and because I like Optimus Prime.

The other reason why I chose this art because I love wiggly patterns.the third reason why I chose this art because it makes me calm I did the same it's because the colours made me cosy and warm the warm colours were red and orange and green cold colours were light blue.

Mangere Mountain

Waikowhai Primary School went to Mangere Mountain last week  because we wanted to go on a trip. We went on a bus. When we arrived at Mangere Mountain we took a walk to this Mountain. It used to be a volcano and it is 30000 years old. Our guide's were Leilani  and Ellie. We were learning about te pane o mataoho that  the name of the mauga that means Mountain.The first thing we learnt is how old the Mauga is.  we walk back to Mangere Mountain then we we do two activities, one building tools two learning about medicine plants. My favourite thing was hiking down the Mountain.
